Free Classes

 

We offer FREE classes for our members that cater to every skill level. Each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personal pointers.

 

Intro to compound movements & Powerlifting

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Sundays

In these classes you will be introduced to the three best compound movements in the gym.

  • You will learn correct technique

  • Competition rules

  • How to train efficiently for results

 

Learn to Bench Press
(all levels)

Mon/Wed/Fri
5.30pm – 6.30pm

Bench press is everyone's favourite exercise in this class we teach you how to do it correctly and efficiently for the most muscle and strength gain. We also incorporate other pushing movements and accessory exercises, and coach you through the technical aspects of competition bench press. 

Learn to Squat
(all skill levels)

Mon/Wed/Fri
5.30pm – 6.30pm

Squatting is the base movement for any gym routine learning this movement correctly is crucial to getting the results we all want. Here we teach you lumbopelvic rhythm, squatting and lunging movement patterns.

Learn to Deadlift
(all skill levels)

Mon/Wed/Fri
5.30pm – 6.30pm

Here, we teach basic bending movements and hip hinging methods to effectively learn the perfect deadlifting form, taking you to those long awaited PR lifts and preventing injury. 

Learn to squat with wraps
(advanced skill level)

Sundays
3pm until late

We usually class this as our "heavy" squat session for the week. It gives members and opportunity to learn how to use knee wraps for competition squatting. We also incorperate a lot of leg accessories to really fatigue the lower limbs.
